Mezzanine Smart 35m² development with enlarged L-shaped mezzanine. The house is a mirror image of the original design. The investors decided to dispense with the lower bedroom so that the ground floor is really spacious. A photovoltaic system is installed on the building, and instead of a classic wooden terrace, it was made of concrete slabs.
