Mezzanine and Family project combination

A house built as an investment in Zawoja. At the request of the Investors, we combined two of our flagship projects - Mezzanine Smart and Family Smart. The house has a large mezzanine of almost 20m2, an additional bedroom downstairs, a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom. The whole house has an area of over 48m2 after floors (35m2 built). Show us your plot

Check if you can build Single-family Residential or Individual Recreation Buildings on your plot.

This is the most important point on the way to your dream home. A HowSmart architect will check what and what administrative procedure can be built on your plot, check the provisions of the local plan, analyse the technical conditions and the surroundings of your plot. We always start our cooperation from this point.

Book a date

Once you've checked what you can build on your plot, it's time to book a date to build your house.

Print, sign and email the contract from the attachment to us. The reservation contract gives you a guarantee that your house will be built within a certain time frame and the reservation fee is already credited towards the construction, it is not an additional burden on your budget.

Leave the formalities to us

Once you have signed the reservation agreement, the HowSmart architect will handle the formalities of applying for or obtaining planning permission on your behalf.

The Formalities Package is a very big saving of your time and nerves, leave the formalities to HowSmart Architects who will apply for the relevant certificates from the authorities on your behalf and obtain the approvals and permits for the construction of your home, this is the most difficult and longest stage on the way to your home, it is important that it is in good hands!

Select additional packages

Selection of packages and signing of works contract

After we've gone through the paperwork stage for you, we'll proceed to select packages from our website and then meet you in person at your plot of land, carry out a site visit and sign the construction contract. This will take place 2-3 months before the start of construction of your dream HowSmart home.

Choose a form of financing for your HowSmart home

Once you have completed the formalities with the authorities and signed the construction contract, if you wish to finance your construction with a loan, we will assist you with the entire banking procedure.
