The Mezzanine Smart 70 project is a unique combination of style, modernity and functionality. It is a house to stop in front of and admire its beautiful glazing, which provides plenty of sunshine for the homeowners. The layout of the rooms and the additional two bedrooms on the ground floor in addition to the mezzanine floor means that this home can sleep up to 8 people at a time. In the Mezzanine Smart 70 project, the mezzanine floor offers the possibility of a bathroom and a dressing room, which makes this house extremely comfortable and practical. The 30-square-metre terrace, which can be accessed directly from the living room, will be the place to spend time with family and friends. Ideal for families with children and groups of friends.
