Family Smart with modifications

A house built in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship with the layout of the Family Smart project. The design fits perfectly into the mountain landscape, which can be admired from both the terrace and the spacious balcony - one of the Investor's modifications. The wooden façade was impregnated with the colour pine. Inside, the walls and floor were covered with spruce planking instead of the classic finish.

Mezzanine Smart

One of our bestselling projects, Mazowieckie Voivodeship. The gabled roof and classic massing of a traditional barn with large glazing makes the house modern and functional. The Mezzanine House features an open space above the living room and kitchen, a bedroom on the ground floor, a spacious bathroom and a mezzanine that can be arranged according to your needs. Façade colour: pine.

Family Smart

The Family Smart project (pre-lift version). The elevation is made of mineral plaster, in the wooden part the colour is "pine". The Family Smart house is a project for clients who expect maximum functionality from a minimum footprint. Air-conditioning has been installed in the house as one of the heating options, among others. We strongly recommend this house.

Mezzanine Smart with revised pergola

The Mezzanine Smart project in the version with a modified terrace layout and pergolas. The pergola at the front of the building optically lengthens the building, the structure is distinguished by its lightness and minimalism. Another realisation from the Mazovia region. Mezzanine project, facade colour golden oak. The investors decided to enlarge the terrace (the total terrace here is 24,9m2). Mezzanine and Family project combination

A house built as an investment in Zawoja. At the request of the Investors, we combined two of our flagship projects - Mezzanine Smart and Family Smart. The house has a large mezzanine of almost 20m2, an additional bedroom downstairs, a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom.
